New Hire Career Conversion Program (CCP)
We know.
Hiring candidates with no direct experience in the logistics or supply chain industry for your ops role can be risky. While we need people who join us fresh from the industry to be able to "hit the ground running", if we want to support mid-career switchers and play an important function in the economy, we need to take a little hit on productivity while the new hire gets properly skilled.
Here is where the government comes in. By subsidising 70% to 90% of your new hire's salary for up to 6 months, and running an On-The-Job Training (OJT) program for them - which we can help you curate - you effectively have your risk mitigated. But you also have the opportunity to onboard an experienced mid-career professional from another industry to help you run your operations, all with a different perspective that can contribute to a brand new way of doing things that can lead to innovative new solutions.
